To help give you back precious time and to help make gift giving easy. From a just because gift to the traditional calendar events and birthdays we can select, wrap, write & send and you get all the glory!

  • How do you select the brands you work with?

    Researching, trying, testing, investigating the quality of everything! We are focusing on Australian brands with Australian Owned and Made as the preferred offering for you. We do also have some brands that are Australian owned, designed, invented and formulated with manufacturing off shore. You will see very story about the brand will highlight if it is made in Australia.

  • What are the brand choices I have?

    You know the old saying horses for courses? Different people are suited to different things so we have purposely chosen brands with varying philosophies and values. The selection is mixed with some that are certified and organic, while others are not. Some people prefer essential oil while others love fragrances, for those that have a position on sustainable palm oil or palm oil free we have both.

  • Do you stock vegan or non vegan brands?

    We know that is important for many, so you will find a mixed choice of specific vegan products and there are also products that are not. You will see the information in the story about the brands and also for the ingredient savvy readers, that will also highlight it too.

Shipping

  • I sometimes feel that shipping costs bites the big one. Do you have a solution for me?

    We feel you, but we also understand that it is necessary to get what you want into your hot little hands, so we are going halves with you on all shipping under $97.

    Of course if you spend over $97 we will pay your half too, so free shipping for you! Happy days.

    The flat rate fee for packages under 5kg is a little more than a fancy pants takeaway coffee $7.50

    All orders will be via Australia Post unless you need specific other arrangements you can let us know.

    Orders over $97 = free shipping

    Orders under $97 = $7.50

    Express post options available at additional charge.

  • Will my order be sent on the same day I order?

    In most cases yes but to not disappoint you we ask for a little wiggle room and say your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your order. Of course the postage and delivery time in normal circumstances is 5- 7 business days.

  • How do I know when my order is on its way?

    You will receive notification and tracking numbers to keep up to date with where your parcel is at. We hope you are understanding of the delays beyond our control with the Covid restrictions.

  • What happens if I muck up my order or address for it to be sent to?

    Lets face it, mistakes happen and if we get it wrong at our end we will do everything in our wonder woman power to get it sorted asap. If you get it wrong at your end, while doing all we can to help you we can't responsible for items that have gone astray if the delivery address was entered incorrectly.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do. With the help of Australia Post Standard International Airmail we can get it to you. All customs costs need to be paid by the purchaser and international shipping rates are calculated at check out.

  • Returns

    Can I return items?

    Yes if there is a problem with the item. Let us know about it first and we will be in contact to work out next steps.

    My package has arrived with incorrect or damaged items, what do I do?

    The first thing you will need to do is let us know about it. Please take a photo of the package and incorrect or damaged item and send us an email with the photos and a brief description of what has happened to hello@soapskinandcandles.com.au. We would need to receive notification of the damage within 48 hours of your receiving your package

    What happens if I have a reaction to something

    Discontinue use straight away and photograph what has happened. Then email us so we can help you through the process
